What a pretty view for the pilots of this Grumman Goose and Mallard as they fly over Illinois lake and farmland. Manufactured from 1946 to 1951, the Grumman G-73 Mallard is a twin-engined amphibious aircraft. All the planes are owned by the couple who commissioned the original painting.
