1st IN SAM’S FLORIDA SERIES! This incredibly life-like scene with a very pretty Cub on floats was named after a “Name the Painting” contest that was held during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2010. The details on this print are so exact, you can hear the call of the birds and the gentle whoosh of their wings. Feel the heaviness of the Florida air. Take a breath and you can smell the slightly musky, earthy scent of the lush tropical greenery. And how about the gator? Can you spot her? This is the view Sam and Mindy have from their Lakeland backyard. Unfortunately a gorgeous Cub float plane does not sit by their dock. They don’t even have a dock … yet.
