P-51 PRINT! This dramatic print was produced from a 2-ft. x 4-ft. original that Sam painted and donated to the Red Tail Project. The original painting was unveiled at the 2008 EAA Oshkosh AirVenture. The Red Tail people held a press conference to show off the painting and explain about their fundraising efforts to rebuild a P-51 and honor the Tuskegee Airmen. A man in the audience raised his hand and said he’d write a check right then for $25,000!!! SOLD! You don’t have to pay that kind of money for a piece of history.
