Description
“Hurry Home Honey” is the P-51 Mustang flown by Richard A. “Pete” Peterson, preparing to engage a German FW-190. The crippled B-17 under attack is from the 305th BG. Pete flew with the 357th FG, 364th FS, and finished the war as a Major with a total of 15.5 aerial victories.
